Produced in the Ribera del Duero region of Castilla y León, Spain.The production consists of an average maceration, in conditions that allow to preserve the maximum aromatic potential . This is, at 28ºC.. Once uncovered, the malolactic fermentation is carried out, checking its analytical evolution on a daily basis.
Breeding: Four months in new barrels of American oak (75%) and French (25%). The cellar is heated to 17 º C to ensure a slow fermentation process and without deviations.
