The grapes used to produce this wine comes from low yielding old vines located in the municipalities of Valdefinjas and Toro, Zamora, Castilla y León Spain. After the manual harvest, the grapes are selected so they are in optimal ripening conditions with the help of a double ribbon selection.The wine is made using traditional methods. Románico finally spends six months aging in French oak barrels. It is indeed a benchmark of Toro.
